Shipping Policy and FAQ
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
All orders are subject to adjustments and a handling period before shipment up to 4 weeks.
You will then receive notification of shipment and adjustments with tracking information via email or text.
All orders are shipped from our Utah warehouse and should arrive within 2-5 business days depending on the shipping service selected at checkout.
*Shipping times could be longer during holidays or due to unforeseen delays
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders may be canceled if they have not been processed and shipped. If you need to cancel your order for any reason please reach out via email sponsorships@thepicklr.com.
Once your order enters processing, it will no longer be eligible to cancel.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can track your order once it has been shipped either through the link in your
confirmation email or by logging into your account.
WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?
All orders are shipped out of our Utah, USA warehouse
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
First, Check the Tracking to see if your order has been delivered, or if the delivery company has left any notes. We also recommend checking all doors/ garages around your residence.
If you Still Cannot find your Package, please reach out to us via email sponsorships@thepicklr.com.
Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. The Picklr Store cannot be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to reship to the correct address.
